T he company founder and president, Paul McCord, is an accomplished author, speaker, trainer and manager with extensive experience in selling and managing in industries such as mortgage and banking, securities wholesaling, construction products, and advertising. A magna cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University, Commerce, and former instructor at Texas Christian University, Mr. McCord is well founded in both sales and management theory and the practical application of sales and management techniques.
The company’s focus on developing and implementing practical, workable, results oriented ethical solutions to sales and management issues. The company’s philosophy is one of ethical results, believing that theory is fine, but practical, workable solutions are better. When we accept an assignment, our goal is to as quickly as possible work with the company to identify the issues, develop and implement a workable solution and monitoring process.
