Planning Your Success
Creating Your Personal Marketing Plan
6 week, 2 hour a week tele seminar/workshop

workshop limited to 20 participants

Intensive tele seminar/workshop where each individual will, over the course of 6 weeks, construct a detailed, realistic, workable, and fully functional 12 month marketing plan. Over the course of the workshop, each individual will analyze their past numbers, determine which marketing channels they will use in the coming 12 months, plan in detail their marketing schedule, including commitments on prospecting numbers, when and what they will do for marketing, create their first two quarters marketing campaign pieces, schedule campaign dates, schedule dates for campaign completion for the third and fourth quarters, and more. Upon completion of the workshop, each individual will have a complete plan--probably in the area of 100-200 pages in length; detailing exactly how they intend to penetrate two or more channels; they will have set their target production with corresponding numbers of how they are going to get there and a detailed calendar of events and check points to get them there; a complete set of marketing materials for their first two quarters which could include, E-mail communications, sales letters, thank you notes, cards or E-mails, print or E-mail post cards, newsletters, fliers, brochures, or other appropriate collateral material; a calendar of events to ensure the last two quarters of the year’s marketing materials are designed, completed and distributed on schedule; and they will also have a detailed personal training and follow-up plan in place.  After completion of the workshop, each individual will have a 30 minute one-on-one call with Paul McCord and the salesperson’s designated monitor to set an evaluation schedule.
