Get Additional Help Through the Workbook
Whether you realize it at this point or not, you’re about to embark on a major life
 and career changing undertaking. Working your way through each of the 12 Keys
and putting it all into a comprehensive sales and marketing plan is difficult.
Yet the rewards for investing the time and effort are enormous.
Nevertheless, you may find that you need some real structure to help you
work through each of the Keys.
If you need help working through the Keys, we offer three choices: the
companion workbook, joining a 12 Key Workgroup, or personal coaching
from Paul McCord. Coaching and the Workgroups are covered in other
sections of the website, here we’re going to concentrate on how the workbook can help.
The Workbook:
The Workbook is NOT designed to answer the Keys for you. Rather it is designed
to help you work through each Key and find your personal answers to each Key.
The Workbook has three basic parts to each Key:
- Fill in the blank questions and discussions designed to help you think through
each Key and to develop your own answers and plans.
- Additional resources. Some chapters have charts and spreadsheets. Such as the chapter on Key 1 have spreadsheet pages you can photocopy--or since it is a Word document you can import into Excel--to help you recreate your sales history.
- Helpful lists. Lists range from basic--for example, on Key 1 there is a list of the
math equations used to figure various ratios in your sales history--to more detailed and complex.
The Workbook is delivered as a download in Word format and each page is
8 1/2 X 11 so you don’t have to worry about converting to a page format if you are
importing a page to Word or Excel.
